Why Pick a Company with an "A" rating if you're gonna get one with an "F"

New World Auto Transport seemed like a great company with a BBB rating of "A-" I thought I was all set! They were pretty friendly and seemed well organized setting me up with a company that could pick up my car on the first day I had requested. The BAD THING was that the company they set me up with, that actually did all the moving, had a BBB rating of "F". By the time I knew who was picking up my car it was too late, I didn't have any time to find a new service so I had to go with the company that got an "F", Mobile Transport, Inc located in Spokane Valley, WA.
That company was rude and inconsiderate. The driver fought with me about delivery location and once I was transferred to that company by New World Auto Transport it seemed that the only person I was dealing with was Mobile Transport. This whole industry is logistically messed up and irresponsible. This is the second time I have shipped a car and was unsatisfied with the first company so I tried New World Auto Transport. But I realize now that the whole system is really the problem. Why do I pay a broker fee for a company to set me up with a wretched company when I could have easily done that myself? I am looking for quality, organization and responsibility in this industry and I have come to find out it just doesn't exist. If I ever have to ship a car again...I'll just drive!

In response we would like to state that New World Auto Transport only works with companies that have 100% ratings on Central Dispatch. Central dispatch is a national registry related DIRECTLY to the transport industry. Our company has worked with Mobile Transport over 30 times in the last year, and we have never had an issue. Mobile Transport also has 367 positive reviews and 0 negative reviews from customers, brokers, and other transport companies on this site. This rating system is much more accurate as it relates to actual transport of the vehicles and not other customer service issues. This system also verifies insurance coverage and licensing. Mobile Transport is not accredited with the BBB, meaning they did not pay a membership fee and do not handle their complaints through the BBB, but instead with the Federal Trade Commission and the Washington State Attorney Generals Office. A company's rating on the BBB is automatically lowered if they are not a member and if they handle their complaints through another site. This customer feels that this "whole industry is logistically messed up and irresponsible," which is a ridiculous statement. There are companies that are not trustworthy and do not deliver what is promised. We however, strive for complete customer satisfaction and pride ourselves in providing a transparent and honest approach to this business. As you can see we have an A rating with the BBB like the customer stated, and we also have a 5 star rating on this website. Obviously this customer is bitter about this industry from the first bad experience she had, and didn't even give a new company a chance due to her negative outlook on this industry.
