Based on the review i read in this site, i used this company.

1. The problem:

A few days before shipping my car, i made sure the car is kept without any visible scratches or damages and the car went for complete wash with buff on the surface hence it would give oily look.

At the time of loading my wife was there in Irving to load the car. And on receiving side i was there to receive the car on March 22nd morning 10AM.

Transportation company driver and owner(he claimed he is the owner) Mr Dorel P Ilioi dropped the car, because the car was completely covered with sand, i couldn't see any damages. As soon as i paid the balance $700 in cash, i took the car to the car wash, as soon as I washed the car, i was so shocked to see my car was damaged in the front portion of the bumper.

When i called Dorel, he says that the car had that damage already, it is so evident the damage happened during the loading or unloading of the car.

No one contacted me after these emails...IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR GO WITH REPUTED COMPANY, YOUR TIME IS NOT WORTH WASTING WRITING REVIEW LIKE THIS.

Hello Daisy,

I received my car today around 10:AM pacific time.

Obviously the car was dirty, i couldn't make out any damages. I took the car for general wash, after washing i found the damage in the front of my car. This is mainly due to uploading/downloading of the car.
The front bumper below you can see the obvious scratch and it is very bad.

Please contact me and send the insurance details as soon as possible.

Thanks

Company Response
Steve Wells from New World Auto Transport Submitted this response.

In regards to Mr. Stalin's order, we would first of all like to state that our mandatory procedure is to have the customer at pick up and delivery walk around the vehicle notating any prior scratches and damages with our driver. Upon pick up, our driver Dino, walked around the car with Mr. Stalin's wife, notating a large amount of scratches, surface scratches, paint chips, rubs and dents on the driver's side, passenger's side, front end, front and back bumper and wheels. Mr. Stalin's wife agreed to this notation of prior damage/scratches to the vehicle when she signed the bill of lading upon pick up of the 2006 Mercedes-Benz. This vehicle had normal wear and tear of a vehicle that is over 5 years old with over 50,000 miles on it. In no way was this vehicle 'kept without any visible scratches or damages.' We ship over 500 vehicles a month, which range in value from $1500 to $1.5 million and treat all with special care and treatment during shipment. This particular vehicle also went over 1,600 miles during transport on an OPEN carrier, which is what Mr. Stalin requested, therefore the vehicle is subject to weather conditions, including the 'Sand' appearance he reports. Mr. Stalin ALSO signed the Bill of Lading accepting the vehicle upon delivery on March 22. The new damage he reports is on the front right side of the bumper which is clearly notated on the Bill of Lading at the time of pick up. Since the damage had already been notated in this area and his wife at the time of pick up, signed the Bill of Lading, it is apparent that this damage did not happen on transport, but during the 5 years and 50,000 miles this car has been previously driven prior to transport. In regards to not responding, the owner, Steve Wells, spoke to Mr. Stalin multiple times over the phone instead of through e-mail to ensure a quicker response to his issue. We felt that this issue was resolved since the transport took place over 2 months ago. After our operation managers, the driver, and the customer all viewed the Bill of Lading indicated the prior damage. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction and as you can see from our multiple other reviews, we go above and beyond for our customers. Please contact the owner, Steve Wells at 832-437-2478 for any other information.
