I called new world auto spoke with Steve Wells and within a day they had my vehicle dispatched and ready for pickup. There was a few issues with the vehicle because it was a highly modified GT500 Ford Mustang and the seller was working on getting them resolved. I then contacted steve and cancled the dispatch until further notice.. After about 2 days I called him back and said the car was good to go, he then dispatched the vehicle and had a driver to pick the car up again within about a day.. Now I recieve a phone call from the seller the car is having problems and is just not ready to be sold.. So I gave Steve a call and without hessitation gave me a full refund and I plan on doing future buisness with him again because New world auto was so understanding and cooperative.
