In response to order 6190, the customer's total of $2500.00 WAS NEVER increased during the whole transaction. After working out the contract with our driver, we had to adjust the deposit amount prior to shipping. Dennis was sent an UPDATED invoice stating that the $800 was charged as the deposit before the vehicle was transported. Also Dennis has knowledge of our procedure as he provided us with his credit card number to authorize the deposit amount when he signed our contract. In no way were we trying to appear as shady, as we highly respect our customer's opinions and value their business. As you can see, the customer was happy overall with our efficient service. Bottomline, the customer provided us a signed contract for the total amount of $2500 which is the total we transported for and also states, that the dispatch deposit amount can change and the customer will be updated. We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this MINOR change has caused and our happy to hear that our service was excellent. We sincerely hope that Dennis is happy with his overall transport.
