I used New World Auto Transport to transport my vehicle from Kentucky to Colorado during the month of February, and I am very happy I chose this company. A few things to note that made this a good experience: (1) After calling a number of companies, I was able to get my desired price-quote fulfilled from New World; (2) I worked directly with Steve Wells (CEO of the company) throughout the whole transaction. He was very helpful and responded to all of my phone calls regardless of the time (morning, afternoon, _and_ night), and would call me back when he said he would. He also kept me updated as to the status of the pickup date of the car; (3) Once a pick-up date had been set, it took only two days to have the car delivered to me; (4) The drivers of the truck that delivered my car were really kind and succinct during pick-up and delivery of the vehicle. The car arrived in perfect condition (the car needed an exterior car wash, but that is to be expected from a drive across states); (5) Overall, I think the best thing about this company is their willingness to answer _all_ questions at any time of day and keep the customer informed. This was very important to me, as it was the first time I've ever had my vehicle transported and I was a little apprehensive about the whole process.
