I have to say that in no uncertain terms, New World Auto Transport are consummate professionals, a pleasure to work with and really dedicated themselves to assisting me.

I had a very short amount of time and over the New Year's holiday to move my car from Manhattan to Virginia. It was a seemingly impossible task but John and Steve and I'm certain a number of staff that I did not have the pleasure of speaking with one on one, found a solution to my problem.

Steve answered my call at 10pm on a Tuesday and I was shocked to speak to an actual person, let alone the owner of the company. He was kind and understanding and seemed very committed to finding a solution to my problem. He emailed me within minutes of our call to verify information and start the process of securing a driver to pick up and deliver my vehicle.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous, patient and eager to assist me. John was an absolute saint, took all my calls when I would check-in and I'm sure exhausted himself to find someone to pick up my car on New Year's Day! He or Steve were always in communication with me and if I had to leave a message they were always amazingly prompt about retuning my call or answering a question.

I had initially tried to go through a different company but when they would not return my calls after taking a credit card deposit and felt my request was “too difficult” to accommodate, I searched out other options.

New World saved the day and did so in a way that relieved a lot of stress. I welcome the opportunity to recommend them to others and would use them again myself.
