I cannot say eneough positive comments about this company. I was in a bind trying to get this car to WV for my daughter and all previous attempts by others failed. No one seemed to want to go to WV. But I discovered New World Transport on the internet and called them. A manager, Sheri, took the call and the ball and ran with it. She is the best. She worked tirelessly on my behalf from the start and within just a few days had the car on the road to WV from MA.
The other important point to be said is this Company's effective communication. While other companies never answer the phone or emails to keep you informed of their progress, this Company is exceptional in this regard. They call you and give you almost daily status reports. One certainly gets their money's worth. It was a pleasant experience and I commend them for their outstanding customer service. I, also feel the price was fair and reasonable; all times the Company was upfront about the terms, no hidden or unexpected charges.
