I am a pre-owned Sales Manager with Sonic Automotive. I have known the owner of New World Auto Transport for about 5 years. His knowledge of cars, and there mechanics is a valuable asset. I recently purchased a Chevy Corvette from a dealer in another state as my personal car. Being in the car business I'm a nut when it comes to being picky about my cars. I called a few transport companies that I know of was told it would be 5 - 10 business days to get the vehicle to me. So I called Steve Wells (the owner) and he treated me like gold. Not only did he get me an amazing price, but he received my request late monday afternoon and had the vehicle to me Wednesday.

My sales staff and myself are not allowed to refer anyone directly to a vendor due to our corporate policy. However, we are able to give customers that wish to ship vehicles a few names of transport companies and allow them to pick the one that best suits their needs. 9 out of 10 times they have used New World Auto Transport. Aside from being the most competitively priced, New World Auto Transport has been the most professional and punctual transport company. These are not my words, these are our customers words.

Personally, I would highly recommend anyone needing a true professional to deliver their vehicles on time, for a great value to New World Auto Transport. Steve and his team are the epitomy of what our world lacks today in most businesses. These are to inlcude but not limited to:

1. - Realizing that the customer is most important.
2. - Taking the time to understand what the customer's expectations are, and then exceeding them.
3. - Being honest, and fair in all business dealings.
4. - Having open and positive lines of communication
5. - Following up after the transaction is completed. ( I was amazed when both Steve and a rep of his company both called me the day after my Corvette arrived to ask me not only how did everything go, but also asking me how much I liked my new car. This is above and beyond)
6. - Having a fair price
7. - Under Promising and Over Delivering.

It is my firm belief that this company will do many great things for the world of Auto Transport and is giong to turn the competition on their heads, when they realize that customers are not going to accept 5 - 10 business days as a time frame for arrival. New World Auto Transport delivered beyond what they promised. Personally I feel as though they are innovative in their approach to an industry that probably has never had to be as professional in the past b/c customers are often at their mercy. Well not with New World Auto Transport. They will deliver what they say they will. Thank you for reading this.
