There are so many auto transporting companies out there, that it was very hard to choose. but when I spoke to Steve and I had a good feeling about this auto transport company. I spoke to Steve, which he returned my calls on a timely matter. Explained to him that my daughter was stationed in North Dakota and needed her SUV transported to her ASAP. I spoke to him about transporting my daughters' SUV . I spoke to Steve on Monday. I was informed by Steve and Diane that the trucker driver would call me, which he did the very next day Tuesday. Randy, the trucker was very polite and a pleasure to speak to. The SUV was picked up 3 days later Thursday as Steve had promise. The car was pickd up on time. Randy stated that he would keep in contact with me and that I could call him anytime, which I did. Randy arrived 1 day early which was a blessing, because my daughter needed the vehicle so badly. The vehicle was delivered in good condition, no complaints. If I had to use this company again, I would in a heart beat and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who has never used a transport company and is skeptical like I WAS or to anyone who needs a reliable auto transport company. Steve you have a great staff. Thank you for your services, my daughter and I are very grateful. THANK YOU, my mind is at peace now because it will get very cold in North Dakota. Randy, thank you very much for your services.
