I live in Houston TX and purchased a BMW Z4 from a dealer in Downtown Manhattan NY. I had no idea how I was going to get the vehicle to Texas at the time I made the purchase. I asked around and was referred to New World Auto Transport.

When I first contacted New World Auto Transport I was worried to death about getting my car here safe and sound. Don Spechts was the person I dealt with at New World Auto Transport. Right away he assured me they would get my car here safely and treat it as if it were their own vehicle. Don was GREAT. Basically he held my hand through the whole process. Don was either calling or e-mailing every day to let me know the progress. Don was faced with two challenges in getting my vehicle to me, first it was a holiday weekend (4th of July) and second the car was in downtown Manhattan. But Don made it happen! Don called to let me know that my car would be picked up on a Tuesday and I should have it the following weekend. The car was actually picked up on Monday, a day early and arrived exactly when they said it would.

Once the transporter was in route with my car and about a day out the driver contacted me to confirm delivery point and time. He also contacted me when he was 2 hours out and then again 20 minutes before he arrived. My car was safely secured inside the trailer and covered with moving blankets. When they drove the car off the trailer it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I am very happy with the service I received from New World Auto Transport and would definitely use them again. Don Spechts, you’re the best, thanks for the great service!
