Steve was excellent in handling the matter, had been posted and lied to by another company for 8 days, was told by the other comapny that car would be picked up in 1-3 days, they did not hesitate to take a deposit off my credit card without even finding a driver, I spoke with Steve late one night, the next morning i had a driver to pick up my daughter's birthday car, and it was a very HAPPY SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY for her, it was delivered on her birthday which was less than three days after i had first talked with him! Thanks Steve!
