Great, prompt service after delays by another broker who under bid everyone else but was unable to deliver at that low ball price. So I paid a bit more but got what I needed when I needed it.
New World found a driver to pick up the car in less than 12 hours. The dispatcher, Dianne, is great. Both the driver and the broker stayed in good touch. The driver, Chris had to be flexible about delivery and pickup times because of our tight schedules at both ends. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional. The whole transaction took only 6 days from my first call to New World (Steve Wells) to delivery of the car across the country.
