#281- EZ-GO Workhorse Golf Cart

I can't say enough good things about Steve Wells and his company, New World Auto Transport. I was getting quotes from many transporters from U-Ship, and they were all very high and most wanted the cart crated or palletized. How do you do that with a golf cart, let alone at long distance with an uncooperative seller? So I went back to Google and found New World Auto Transport. I started talking to Steve Wells, and right away I could tell Steve was a go-getter, wanted my business, and wanted me happy so I would recommend New World Auto Transport to people I knew. New World Auto Transport is the ONLY company I will EVER recommend!!!
You see, I had bought this golf cart on ebay, and the seller wouldn't answer emails so we could get an address or phone# for pickup. I couldn't even get an invoice or email address to pay her!!! In the middle of all this, she changed her email address!! I gave Steve the info I had, and he and his charming assistant, KELLI, relentlessly pursued this person for 2 days until they got the info. He immediately found someone to transport it to Arizona for a great price and I had it in 30 hours!! Several times a day during all of this, I received a phone call from either Steve or Kelli keeping me updated. I had a great chance to get to know these folks, and they are the BEST both personally and professionally! I am a little partial, however, they are in Houston and I loved the years I lived in Houston.
In short, I came to New World Auto Transport with a real tough case, and it was handled expertly, professionally, and at lightning speed. I also made some good friends.
