In response to the review that our client submitted:
Once I was notified of the issue, I immediately reached out to our customers to discuss the situation and let them know that I was taking action with my individual departments to define where the communication breakdown was. The car was delivered a little earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The problem was the driver was delivering at night on a weekend. The young lady felt uncomfortable with a night delivery. We always prefer daytime deliveries for the safety and convenience of our clients. Sometimes is it necessary for them to deliver at night to stay on schedule. We are apologetic that this was inconvenient for our client. We are also working to resolve all the issues that our client was unhappy with. Our customers' satisfaction is of our greatest importance here at New World Auto Transport. We are taking actions for the resolution and to make sure that we continue delivering the highest quality of transportation and logistics to our customers.
