In late January I had my vehicle transported by New World Auto. I h a d phoned several other companies prior to selecting New World Auto. After speaking with Ray, the company representative, I selected this company. Ray was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure that I was completely informed about the transportation process.
Mario, the driver that picked up my car, was also very professional. When loading my car he treated it as if it were his own. He was a true gentleman.
My family, that accepted delivery of my car, reported to me that they also were very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Mario.
Both Ray and Mario exceeded my expectations in delivering superior customer service and should be recognized by their employers as excellent representatives.
I will be transporting my vehicle, once again, in a few weeks and will certainly be using New World Auto.
I certainly do recommend using New World Auto to all my family and friends.
I am very grateful for a very stress free, pleasant experience.
