Transportation of vehicle from Wisconsin to Alaska

I had no idea whether or not I could easily ship my son's vehicle to Alaska from Wisconsin. I found New World Auto Transport online. They had several good reviews and a very high BBB ranking. I called them and spoke with Mark Hayes. He explained exactly how it would be handled, the time frame and cost. I spoke with him late on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning I had forms emailed to me. He explained that they would get the vehicle to Kent, WA and then an Alaskan company would take over. He called the company, found out pertinent information and the contact person and phone number. He contacted me promptly with this information.
I had to leave work to meet the truck, so they called me 1 hour before and talked to me about where I would be meeting him. I might add that they asked me where would be a
convenient place for me. I was also given the driver's name and cell phone number. Shortly after that, the driver called me and told me exactly when he would arrive and he was there at that time.
The vehicle arrived in Kent, WA on time and the transfer to the other company occurred without any problems, what so ever.
Not having any experience with any transportation of this type, I really appreciated the way Mark and other members at his office handled this transaction. The were definitely knowledgeable and very competent. I certainly felt confident in letting them handle this transport for me. I might add that everyone I spoke at their office with was very personable, kind and helpful. That, too, was much appreciated.
