This is my FIRST vehicle transport with this company. I am a VERY PICKY customer. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST if you want MY business. Here's my story...
When I finally narrowed down my search to ONE car...the PERFECT car...I was so excited...my DREAM CAR FOUND!
PROBLEM...I live on the West Coast and my dream car lived in Louisiana!
Now how the heck would I trust someone to deliver my new car to me especially when it was in a small rural town off the main drag in Louisiana? The first 3 transport companies I called didn't even service that area. The 4th company's quote just got higher and higher by the day...I didn't think I was ever gonna get my new car picked up, let alone delivered to me in a timely manner. Then I found the BEST transporter out there. Steve Wells, the owner of NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT assured me that he would deliver my Maserati with the WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT! He had the car picked up next day! I can't say enough about Steve and his TEAM! They treated the Seller of my car with respect and promised her it would be delivered to me just how it left her hands. Hands down...New World Auto Transport is trustworthy, honest, fair priced and very reliable. If Steve Wells' company transports your car you have NOTHING to worry about. Just sit back and rest assured that your new dream car is in PERFECT hands with NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!Steve Wells and his TEAM at NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT met my HIGH EXPECTATIONS with ease! I felt like I received VIP TREATMENT as they constantly kept me up to date on the LOCATION and CONDITION of my vehicle. Besides the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I felt the price they quoted me for the transport was very fair, especially given the last minute need for transportation! Not only did Steve Wells earn my business, he just made a new friend. It's hard these days to trust just anyone out there (especially with your beloved dream car) just know that Steve Wells from NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT is the real deal! I would recommend Steve and his TEAM with an A PLUS RATING! Thank you for bringing my 2010 Maserati Gran Turismo to me in perfect shape and on time! YOU GUYS ROCK! I can't wait to hire you again!
