I initially contacted New World Auto Transport because they are a Houston, Texas based auto transporter, and I felt more comfortable about working with a local company. I submitted a request for a quote late one night, and the next morning I had a quote. The company was certainly competitive on the quote.
Ray contacted me the very next morning, and we quickly found common ground talking about Corvettes. Ray was very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and kept his word. I started the process not knowing what I was doing, and bit apprehensive, frankly speaking. However, Ray was patient with my questions, and his customer service was excellent at every step through the process.
Long story short, I ended up changing from an open carrier to an enclosed carrier, and we had to make a last minute change in pickup scheduling due to an oversight by dealership finance team (e.g. a paperwork snafu).
Ray was professional with all of the changes, was always helpful, and ended up picking up my car the very next day. He had the car delivered within one day of the original schedule, even after the paperwork snafu and carrier changes (from open to enclosed).
My new C7 Vette arrived 5 days later in pristine condition, and more beautiful than I imagined it to be in person!

You made this a very pleasurable buying experience, and I would most definitely recommend the New World Auto Transport team to my family, friends, and anyone else. If I ever need this type of service again, you can be sure my first and only call will be to New World Auto Transport!
