James and others in the company were friendly and knowledgable. They conducted a few professional follow-ups after my initial quote inquiry. After I placed the order it was within a couple days that a carrier had been selected to move my car, and better it was a team of drivers so it was to be a quicker transport.

I did have some communication problems with James at one point while trying to find out the status of delivery. I was promised a call back and didn't receive one, so I called and he was gone for the day. The other person who helped me couldn't get into my file so he just gave me the drivers number which allowed me to make contact directly. That was frustrating.

I couldn't get an exact pick-up time and didn't know the delivery date/time until last minute, but after reading up before-hand I expected this so I wasn't surprised.

My car was safely delivered in timely manner. Though the two car enclosed trailer looked a little beat up, my car was not. They were very careful unloading the car and walked me around it to check for damage.

The quote I was given was 100% accurate, no add-on surprise fees/charges.

This is the first time I have shipped a car and I was very nervous throughout the process, but based on my experience with New World Auto Transport I would use them again. I used transport reviews to help select New World Auto Transport and I am happy with the choice.
