New World Auto Transport was not my initial choice of carriers; however, my first choice failed to schedule the vehicle for transport and I was forced to cancel the order and seek a new carrier. I must admit that the first carrier was chosen based on the price quoted ; however, you get what you pay for! After reading several reviews for New World Auto Transport I took the plunge and called to place my order. Associate Ray Freasier was professional and worked diligently to get my vehicle scheduled for pickup. Keep in mind the weather in Wisconsin was less than favorable and the Thanksgiving holiday was quickly approaching. I might add that the deposit was not charged to my credit card until after the vehicle was confirmed for pickup. Fast forward to the actual delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle transporting my Fiat broke down while in route; however, I was contacted and kept up to date. Furthermore, I was away on a business trip; however, the individuals responsible for delivering the vehicle worked with me to ensure the vehicle was delivered in my absence. They were even cooperative when the garage door mechanism failed and they were forced to wait for a friend of mine to arrive and assist with opening the garage door. Several days later I arrived home to find the Fiat safely stored in my garage. I would definitely use New World Auto Transport should the need arise in the future. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
