Due to changes by the management company to the rules at regulations regarding the parking of vehicles at one of our satellite offices we were forced to move two of our work vehicles on very short notice or have them towed. Not only was I furious about being put in the position of removing WORK vehicles from our PLACE OF BUSINESS, I had no idea where to start to find a transport company. A quick internet search brought me to this site and thank goodness it did. I pulled up a few reviews and called a few companies for quotes. Companies are squirrely about giving out quotes, you really have to call them, the online forms are worthless and you don't get a quote at the end of filling them out. I called three companies and New World was the cheapest by almost $1000. I thought there had to be a catch somewhere but doubted it would bump me up $1000. I spoke with Dale who set my transaction up, I signed the paperwork, faxed it back, and my pickup was scheduled the next day. Dale gave me Dave, the driver's contact info, and he contacted me almost immediately to let me know his schedule for pickup and when he would arrive with the vehicles. Dave also called me when he had the vehicles on the truck to let me know everything went well and called me the morning of the delivery to confirm his arrival time. Unfortunately the information he received had transposed two of the numbers on our address so he unloaded the two vehicles (both with low/dead batteries) down the road from our office. We were able to get them both started and get them back to where they needed to be but Dave was cool about the whole thing and I really appreciated his friendly attitude. He didn't rush me or bully me and the experience was great. I would DEFINITELY use this company again and would hope to get another nice contractor like Dave to pick up the ticket. He was trustworthy and reliable and kept me informed at every step along the way. I had a great experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
