I needed my new 2013 ZL1 Camaro transported to Hennessey Performance Engineering in Sealy, Texas, for an engine upgrade. I was concerned that my vehicle would be transported from my home in Massachusetts to Texas in a six- or eight-car transport vehicle. This I did not want. I expressed by concerns to Customer Service at Hennessey, and soon thereafter, I received a phone call from Steve Wells, the President and Owner of New World Auto Transport in Katy, Texas. He assured me that he would handle arrangements for the transport of my car personally, and that it would be a two-car carrier. True to his word, a couple of days later, the car carrier arrived at my front door and the car was loaded on by Neil Herfhorin, who took extreme care in securing it in the trailer for the long ride to Sealy, Texas. I was impressed by his professionalism, as well as him being a car person himself. He left on his way and was in daily contact with me, apprising me of his progress. When the car arrived at Hennessey, I called Steve Wells and asked if it would be at all possible to have Neil bring my car back to Massachusetts when it was completed. This request was honored, and Neil was on his way back to Massachusetts, keeping me informed all along the way. The car arrived at my door a couple of days later. We unloaded it, and there was not a mark on it, other than an additional 200HP more! The car arrived ahead of schedule in great shape, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. There would be no reason whatsoever for me to look anywhere else than New World Auto Transport and Steve Wells for my auto transportation needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering transporting a car they truly care about.
