I was like most clients worried about handing over my vehicle to a total stranger. Once the transport operator called and I could talk to him I began to fell more comfortable with the situation. Upon his on time arrival to pick up the vehicle and being able to talk to him face to face....all my concerns faded away. I felt the vehicle was in good hands and would be delivered safely.
