I Originally spoke to Steve on June 5, 2013.

I also spoke to a gentleman from another company based out of Florida.

Both companies verified that the original company I had an agreement with to be pick up the vehicle by June 4 did not even have my vehicle listed on the central dispatch website.

Steve assured me I would not have any problems with his company transporting the vehicle from Florida to Arizona.

Nobody was even available when the vehicle was picked up in Florida on June 7, Steve made all of those arrangements to have the vehicle picked up from Florida.

There was an issue with the driver stating that there were too many items in the vehicle and they would need to charge me $200 additional to transport the vehicle. There were some pillows and hangers and an empty gas tank in the vehicle.

This is obviously a scam with the hauling drivers you should be careful of. If they get an extra $200 per vehicle that is a lot of money.

When I spoke to Steve he told me not to worry about it but he would take care of everything.

Steve negotiated it to $100.

I told Steve that was still unacceptable because there was almost no items in the vehicle. Steve either paid for or had waived the hundred dollar fee and there was no additional charge.

Steve thank you for taking care of everything you're right I didn't have to worry about a thing I appreciate everything you did.

I'm never moving a vehicle again but if I ever had to or knew somebody that had to, I would definitely use Steve's company thank you very much!
