I was very pleased with the service I received from New World Auto Transport. I was able to work out the details and map everything out weeks prior to the transport taking place. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. My original pick up day slipped due to issues out of their control - mechanical issues with the transport truck - but they worked really hard to rectify and after that was fixed it was smooth sailing. I received my car from Massachusetts to California within a week and my vehicle was in perfect condition. I struggled with going covered or uncovered and decided to go with uncovered and it worked well. Car was a little dusty/dirty (expected) but nothing a run through the car wash could not cure and I really could not justify the price of going covered. I did my research prior to selecting New Work Auto Transport and they really did have the best price and schedule and being a female and not having ever did something like this before I was very appreciative of the time the rep took to walk me through the process and lay everything out for me.
