Experience was frustrating. While New World Transport was polite and attempted to be helpful, they still brokered the car to be transported by Premium Transport Inc. out of N.J. So this review also reflects on them for choosing this company to represent them. Premium Transport was untruthful, never answered calls, nor would their phone accept any voicemails because it was full. I was put into a position to rent a car on a day by day basis.
