Upon contacting New World they were very open and honest about all the details of the transport.
I made changes to the pickup date after we had an agreement. I was expecting them to penalize me and keep deposit.
Instead they did whatever they had to do to accommodate me, at no extra charge. A few days after my car was picked up It arrived in Miami in a beautiful new car carrier. The driver was a polite clean-cut professional. From start to finish they provided me with easy classy & friendly service.
