The vehicle was picked up between Christmas and the New Year. It was 10 days (I expected it within 7 days) until I received the car. During that time, I called to find out where the the car was and was told that the truck was held up in New Mexico due to bad weather. When the driver delivered my vehicle, I asked about the weather and was told that the weather was fantastic.

Other than this negative comment, I was satisfied with the process by New World.
