Pleasant surprise, first ever with a transport company!

I was totally and pleasantly satisfied with the broker (New World Auto Transport) and the mover (Shank Bros Auto Transport) in moving my car from Dallas, Texas to Rochester, New York.

In the past I used three or four companies to move vehicles and household belongings. It was always a night mare, asking more money than agreed to by giving some excuse or other and also the delivery was always late.

All these bad experiences have come to an end. This time around New world as well as their driver kept me informed of the status and also delivered the car on time. Besides, the driver didn't ask for money as was the case often in the past. The driver, TA, was courteous, patient and pleasant. I was so pleased, I even gave a small gift to express my appreciation to him; besides it was the holiday season.

I will gladly recommend New World Auto Transport and Shank Bros Auto Transport to my family and friends to transport their cars.
