We used New World to find a company to haul a federally owned vehicle from on state to another. New World was very good with getting back to me, letting me know what was happening with the move and answering any questions that I had. The company that they hired to ship the vehicle was late picking up and delivering it but I do not blame that on New World at all.
New World was able to work with us and our sometimes archaic ways of doing business and I really do appreciate them for going the extra mile and working within the constraints that we have.
While I do not anticipate that I will need to transport any other vehicles for the foreseeable future I would use them again.
