New World Transport found a carrier the same day I called. They chose Show Car Transport based in Troy, Michigan. The total experience was completely smooth and without a single problem for me. In spite of a major snowstorm in New Jersey on the day it was picked up, including trees down and power outages, the car arrived in Michigan when promised and the driver called me a number of times to keep me informed of his progress. My 89 year old mother said the driver could not have been nicer or more efficient when he picked it up and I found the same courteous, professiional service when it was delivered. Fortunately, I chose enclosed transport so the storm had no effect on the condition of the car. I would use either the broker and/or the transporter again without hesitation. I would also chose an enclosed transport again if the condition and value of the vehicle was a concern.
