I had chosen another transport company which was located near me and based upon good rating from Transport Review. But after 2 weeks there was no movement on my vehicle and I was under a time line to get it off the lot in Corpus Christi. I finally decided to go with New World because they had good ratings, were a carrier, and were located in Houston. After talking with Steve Wells and explaining my circumstances he took a very pro-active approach. Within two days he was able to get the car out of Corpus Christi to Houston and in two more days (over a weekend) he had the car on it's way to my home in Washington. Although it cost me a little more than I had originally expected (not from New World but the overall expectation from the beginning) it was worth the extra expense. In my view Steve was able to pull the rabbit out of the hat. My hat is off to Steve Wells & his company for his excellent service, honesty, & integrity.
