The whole experience was overwhelming because I had spent over two weeks with another trucking company trying to move the car. They even went to the extent of trying to convince me to meet them in Indiannapolis instead of West Lafeyette since it was difficult to find a driver who will deliver the car to West Lafayette.
I filled out a form requesting a quote and within five minutes, I received a call from Steve Wells, the president of the company. He was very very nice, curteous and very trusting. Whiie I was on the phone he checked his system and informed me that there was a lot of activity between Newark, DE (pick-up) and West Lafeyette, IN (drop-off) and that he can pick up the car in two days and deliver it two days after pick-up. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I decided to go ahead and give him the business. He called again in about 45 minutes and gave me the name of the driver, his company and phone number. He told me the car will be picked up in two days. The next day (a day earlier), the driver showed up to pick the car. He was also very nice and curteous. He delievered the car the following day in West Lafeyette, IN. Everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend the company to anyone who wants to transport goods. Mr Steve Wells is a true gentleman.
