After another carrier sent the wrong kind of truck to pick up my vehicle not once but twice and I was charged another $85 for a towing fee, I decided to try New World. I had already been waiting for two weeks with a promise from the other carrier we will get the right truck out there. I called New World on Wednesday at 5:00 and explained what I needed. I had a call back within 2 hours that a truck would be able to pick up my vehicle on Friday. Not only did they have the right kind of truck, but they worked around our time schedule and even delivered at the exact time they said they would be here!!! New World should have been my first call.....then I would not have had to wait for 2 weeks since my car broke down on vacation!!! New World was professional, prompt, and reasonable....I hope I don't have to use them again, but they will definitely be my first call if I do. Thank you Steve Wells for doing such a great job.
