I feel very cheated by using new way auto transport. I would not recommend them because they are very nice on the phone but do not follow through on their word. I was give Scott's word over the phone that they would be able to have someone pick up my car and get it to me in time and then after I gave my deposit, no one was able to pick up my car. They failed to mention that you need to pay the most money to even get the interest of a truck driver so when they say they are offering you a good deal with a lower price, they are screwing you over! I then tried getting my deposit refunded and they said they can not refund my money because I asked for the refund 4 days after the final pick-up date window. These guys know what there doing and know how to sucker you in. BE CAREFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY.

Peter As you mentioned on your review you breached the contract that you signed by cancelling NOT within the agreed window. you specificaly mention that we had advised you in wiritng all the terms and the condition before the order was placed. We didnt lowball the price but did advised you that prices are vary due to the season. Im sure that if you had read your contract before signing it all those problems could be solved before. We are willing to work out a resolution with you, please contact us directly.
