It is necessary when you post an online review to post the true information and you know that everything you wrote here is incorrect.
First of all nobody promise you next day pick up, you didnt pay for expedite pick up and you sign contract which indicated 2-4 days window for pick up.
You send an email aksing to cancel acknowledge that you are loosing your deposit (i attached a copy), and even when you try to dispute the charge the bank had rejected that, agreed that new way moving services did everything the right way.
It is very easy to complain about a company but it is very hard to admit in your own mistakes.
