First I wanted a closed transport which I was told would be available.

I was called the day before the "pickup date", in quotes because the driver didn't get there till 2 days later, and told that it would have to go on an open carrier.

On top of that their driver was rude and a day late.

When my wife called to find the when they would be at my house to pick up the car she was told later and the driver hung up.
After I got my car EARLY from a different driver!!!! Luckily I was in San Antonio by then.

I parked t iin the garage and when to drive it this morning only to find that they put over 275 miles on my car and the tires and brakes need to be replaced!!!!!!!!

David As advised over the phone when you called us, New way moving services is just a broker, we had fullfill our obligation to you by assigning a licensed carrier. We are sorry to hear that the carrier didnt perform the service as agreed but the review should go under the carrier and not us. As advised before we are willing to assist you to recover your expneses from the carrier but you will need to remove the review first. Feel free to contact our office within business hours to discuss that further.
