All this company is interested is in the $100 for their fees and as far as they are concerned, the customer is screwed. They will try to be nice until they have your credit card and will then change the date on the contract and ask you not to worry about it and will keep asking you to be patient. Their window will be atleast 2 weeks and they will never find you a driver and will keep calling you and say that the driver is asking for more money. In addition, despite not being able to do the job, they will not refund your money and state that this was their fees and are extremely rude. This is a scam and this company's license should be suspended and they should be reporterd to the better business bureau which I will do. Avoid this company at all costs and pay more money rather than be caught in their sleazy scam. I just had a 6 hour move, imagine what could happen if it was more. This comapny is a fraud, the staff is improfessional and rude. The manager is Rachel and you have no chance against her.
