I was told by Cynthia that my car would be picked up within 3 days of Dec 21st and delivered to me within 7 days. I had to call daily for updates and to hopefully get the car picked up!! I was very unhappy and nothing I could do about it except listen to all the (crappy) reasons for the car not being picked up...like it is Christmas and the drivers all just decided to go on vacation! C'mon...you didn't know that when giving the pickup date!!!!! I called one time and explained that I was warned by a more expensive company that I would be waiting a long time for the move at the price I was quoted and then was blown away when she asked for more money to get it done faster!!!!!!!!!!
The company is a joke and I would highly recommend finding a different moving service.
