The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Incompetent, uninformed, hostile after they received there money, truly of no help, could have done better myself. I was not informed that I had to pay the balance directly to the driver therefore I was forced to have to overnight him a check which cost me another 20 dollars. The driver tried to scam me for an extra 100 dollars and after many phone calls New Way agreeded to pay half of money I DID NOT OWE. Had to contact a lawyer and was close to calling police as driver was holding my car in MD. As horrible as New Way was the driver was even worse. Dont use this company they suck.
