I wish they had a ZERO because that is what I would rate New Way! I had contacted them almost 4 weeks ago to ship a car to Syracuse, NY! I should have known the price was too good to be true! I was quoted $650 then discounted to $595 with a pickup within 4 days & $450 on delivery! After having the pickup day changed SEVERAL times I was then notified just a week ago that the driver refused to go any lower than $700! This did NOT include the $145 deposit I put down on May 25th! My recommendation is to deal DIRECTLY with a transport company! Finally this past Wed June 10th after dealing with the driver of a Transport Co. we agreed on $650 on delivery in Syracuse! In the end I guess $795 was reasonable but the aggravation & run around I was put thru was ridiculous! Dealing with the Sales person & the Dispatcher at New Way was amicable early on in the process! However after way too many phone calls not getting any help I dealt with the driver that New Way had put me in touch with & my recommendation is that these brokers needed to be vetted way in advance to save you time & money along with little or no aggravation! The car was finally delivered late Sat June 13th!
