First of all to start with, the customer had signed on a 10 days window for pickup.
He was NEVER guaranteed a specific date and/or time.
The customer forgot to mention on his review that on 6/29/2017 we did process a refund back to his credit card.
We dont want to post a confidential information online but we can provide a proof that a refund was proceeded back to his credit card.
