everything you wrote here is completly not right.
WE kept you posted all the way in regards to the pick up.
We had contacted your wife and asked her if you are WILLING to pay the add'l $50 we did not forced you we gave you the option, you agreed for that, so you can not blame us now that we hide that and turn it our way.
we explain you about the delay because od christmas and we answers all you phone calls and e - mails. 4 peoples were there for you all the time.
you got your car safe and with not a scrath.
