HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This is the worst business I have dealt with, ever. They quote a low price to earn your business, but once you pay them the deposit they are done with you. Also you should know that their price is meaningless, because you will have to renegotiate the price with the agent who will actually move your car. New way will be quick to tell you after, never before, you’ve paid the deposit that they are a “broker” and don’t actually move cars, are not responsible for what the agent will charge you.

The quoted a price of $925 to move my car from CA to TX and the agent that was supposed to move the car wanted to charge me an additional $150, which I refused to pay based on advice from Rachel, from New Way. I don’t have time to go into all the details, but my experience with New Way was simply horrible. I made a report to the FTC about my horrible experience, and they look for patterns of fraud, and the behavior of New Way is fraud. I also plan to take them to small claims court to get reimbursement of the money I lost because of their fraudulent tactics.

My advice to you: Don’t do business with New Way Moving Services. They don’t move cars and they care only about you paying the deposit. Once they get your deposit their done with you.

Dear Alex first of all i would like to take this opportunity to appologize for any inconvienience that happend during your transportation. i would like to try and resolve this issue, we explained you few times that we are a broker and we can not control the drivers/carrier actions but diffrent then what you described here we do care about our customers therfore i'm asking you to submit all the paper work and the charges breakdown to the office and att it to me, i will personaly will take care of that (roni). i'm sure i can proof you that we do care about our customers and that this issue will be resolved for your satisfaction. waiting for your response Roni
