It is very sad that the customer had forgot to mention few very important details in his review:
1. he had contacted his credit card company to dispute the charge and they have close the case in our favor.
2. He had contacted the BBB but they had close the case as resolved, as we had proof them that we had put all effort to resolve the case with the customer.
3. We had a carrier for the customer to transport his vehicle but he had denied all the carriers that we had offered him.
We operate legit, the customer (like all others) had received a written contract which he signed and agreed to.
Will be more then happy to provide a copy of the sign contract and a script of the recorded calls with the customer to proof that no scam was done and the customer just didn't read his contract before he signed it.
