My drivable vehicle was ready for pickup 06/13/2013, transport date was 06/19/2013. All terms of the contract were dictated by Scott and agreed upon by me. The car was never picked up, never delivered. Only one attempt was made by New Way to establish a pickup but they wanted an additional $220.00. This was after transport date had passed. All attempts to contact them through e-mail were returned as undeliverable. They have broken a contractual agreement. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

RUN, do not walk away from these people. They are not to be trusted to keep their word, they do not follow their own contracts.
