The customer's car was picked up 2 hours after placing the order with New way.
We had answered all the customers calls and tried to reach the carrier to get a delivery status.
The car was delivered within 4 days for 1300 miles and the custmer is still not happy.
The customer do state that the carrier called him 5 min after he got off the phone with our office.
I guess Nothing will make this customer happy!!!! we did our best
