The worst moving company ever

I even payed $100 dollars more for expedited pickup and they were super quick in charging my credit card with a $150 dollar charge however after waiting for 35 days I had given up. Robert tells me to call Bob at another extension however I tried that for almost 10 days he never even picks up the phone.

Finally told Robert to cancel the order since they are not picking up my car. He said he would do that and still after two months I still have a $150 dollar charge left that I now have to dispute through my credit card company.

UPDATE ************

After posting the comment the guys from New Way try to avoid by saying that I am not their customer at all. I had to prove to the site administrator with my e-mail communications and credit card statement to get the review posted back again.
