She promised my 2 vehicles would be picked up on a certain day 10 days in advance. We communicated daily and reassured me they would be picked up on that day.. 2 days before the pickup day Nobody got in touch with me at all and nobody ever showed up!!. She never apologized and ever got back with me.. I lost so much money planning around this that never happened because I had to make other travel arrangements. She should be totally ashamed of herself.
