Neptune Auto Transport’s Mark was our Agent from the beginning to the end of the process of transporting our Porsche from Palm Springs, CA to Delray Beach,FL. Mark did an outstanding job for us in all aspects. We stayed in touch via email, text, cell. His instructions were perfect, his professionalism was perfect, his timetable was precise and accurate. His driver who picked up our car was outstanding as well. They delivered our car in record time - only a few days. They beat our expectations. The cost to ship also was negotiated brilliantly by Mark. Our car was delivered in perfect condition. Documentations such as contract and bill of landing were simple and done electronically with final signing off physical doc with driver upon delivery. We highly recommend Mark and Neptune.
